How to start a chat consult if you are in Mexico?

In this article you will easily learn how to start a consult chat with MiSalud's care team.

1. Login in the MiSalud App
2. Select the option "Chat with MiSalud's Care Team" in the home screen.
3. Confirm you want to start a conversation via WhatApp 
4. Afterwards, it will redirect you to WhatsApp with a message that includes your contact information (please don't change this information)
   
   1. Your name
   2. Phone number
   3. Email address
   4. Company  (if it's the case) 
5.  After you send it, you will start a conversation with our team.
